GUARANTEE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Auto Chic Custom Covers, a division of MPT Industries.

Orders unopened and in original condition may be returned (with the exception of Custom Covers and Armrests) within 15 days for a full refund (freight charges are not refundable) with a return goods authorization number which may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.

Custom Covers and armrests are individually cut and sewn to meet the requirements of each order; therefore, they are not returnable. Universal size covers may be returned unused and in original condition with a return goods authorization number.

Send the product with the receipt or proof of purchase and the return goods authorization number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

GUARANTEE: All Custom Covers and armrests are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Covers and armrests returned with a return goods authorization number during this period will be repaired or replaced (based on our assessment of the repair) free of charge. A copy of the original invoice is required.

Vehicle cover fabric samples are available for review and can be mailed upon request. Please review the samples before ordering.

All Custom Covers and armrests are individually cut and sewn to meet the requirements of each order. As a result, Custom Cover and armrest orders are not returnable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from MPT Industries.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
